Prof. Panen's Major Assignment - Text and Video

This is my major assignment for this course. In doing this, I decided to use units 1 and 2 of the CTH215 - Greek Grammar of the National Open University of Nigeria, which I used for the students of Crowther Graduate School of Theology in developing the instructional design. This is because as at the time I was doing this, facilitation by academic staff had been stopped by the management of the National Open University of Nigeria. Learning through Case Studies

One major method of learning in this course was learning through case studies. 3 case studies were presented and the students were asked to critique the 3 cases. It was a rewarding learning experience as I was able to see how 3 different instructional designers designed a particular course.  I must confess that these studies prepared me for the final assignment which is the designing of some chosen units of a course I am familiar with. Introdution to Principles and Practice of Instructional Design

This course was introduced through a power point presentation and it was not just very rich but also educative and elucidating. Learning was made easy through the power point and it was also very exhaustive. All the major stages of instructional design was introduced through the generic instructional design model name: ADDIE.
